Note: (*) If you do not have a real 'Italian' 3a, then you can still
get the program to properly load the ITALIANO.OVL language module by
making a file called ITALIAN.FLG in directory M:\ . The contents don't
matter, it is simply a flag to tell FAIRWAY that you want to pretend
that your machine is Italian! Similarly, if you want to run in French,
German or English modes on your Italian machine, make a file called
FRENCH.FLG, GERMAN.FLG or ENGLISH.FLG respectively in the root directory
M:\, making sure you have the right .OVL file installed, of course!

Thanks to Marco Aircardi and Paola McMillen for help with some of the
Italian in the game!
